Is Eating Keto on a Budget Really Possible?

One thing I've noticed is that some keto recipes can get surprisingly expensive, especially when they include specialty ingredients. I'd rather keep things simple and avoid spending a fortune on groceries. What affordable foods do you usually keep in your kitchen? Are there any budget friendly meals you make regularly? It would be great to exchange some practical ideas!

I totally agree that keto doesn’t have to be expensive! I usually keep eggs, cabbage, zucchini, canned tuna, chicken thighs, cheese, and frozen vegetables in my kitchen. They’re affordable, easy to combine, and perfect for everyday meals. One of my go to options is an omelet with cheese and veggies, or baked chicken with cabbage salad. I think simple meals make it much easier to stay consistent with weight loss without overspending on groceries. Sometimes the basics really are the best!
