In case you mistakenly delete a file in Google Drive, the first step that you should take is to visit the Trash folder. Google stores any file deleted in the Trash folder for 30 days before permanently deleting the file. To restore google drive trash files, all you need to do is visit Google Drive, click on the Trash folder located on the left side menu, locate the file, right click it and then select the restore option. On mobile phones, one should open the Google Drive application, visit the Trash section and then tap on the three dot menu near the file to select the Restore button.
